Rob Miles

Rob MilesRob Miles has been building homes in the Tulsa metro area since 1984. He grew up in Jenks and has a passion for the city and state. For 9 years before he started Milestone Homes he worked closely with his father-in-law Jim Beale of Beale Company Builders.

He has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa since 1988, serving as the HBA of Greater Tulsa President in 2011. Rob still serves on the Board of Directors for the HBA of Tulsa and holds the same position with Nature Works of Tulsa.

Currently he has developed 25 neighborhoods in the Tulsa metro area and built over 1700 homes. Rob graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1984.

Outside of work Rob loves spending time with friends and family. You can always find him at his ranch working with animals, hunting, or enjoying a sunset from his back porch.

Bailey Miles

A 3rd generation builder, Bailey Miles is passionate about creating and designing homes and developments that are timeless. His day to day consists of a little bit of everything for Milestone.

Before joining Milestone Homes Bailey served on the men’s basketball coaching staff at Furman University where he was the assistant to the head coach. Prior to that he worked in the summers with USA Basketball, Oklahoma State, Virginia, Gonzaga, Washington, Butler, Kansas, Furman, VCU, and others.

He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2015. He currently serves as the President of the Tulsa Homebuilders Association’s Builder and Developers Council, as well as the Southwest Chapter. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Homebuilders Association of Greater Tulsa and the Salvation Army Boys and Girls CLub of Metro Tulsa.

He loves spending time with his wife and friends, traveling, sports, coaching, and reading. He is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
